PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an article management system capable of managing entrance and exit states of attachments at low cost by a simple structure.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an article management system for managing a terminal, and attachments to be used by being combined with the terminal by storing the terminal and the attachments in a storage, in which the terminal includes an imaging part, pieces of specification information for specifying the attachments are attached to the attachments as specific marks, and the terminal and the attachments are stored in the storage by using a photography support member for arranging the terminal and the attachments so that the imaging part can photograph the specific marks. The article management system includes: a reading part which reads the specific marks from images photographed by the imaging part; a specific information list in which the pieces of specification information of the attachments to be used in combination with the terminal is preliminarily stored; and a collation part which collates the specific marks read by the reading part with the specific information list, and determines presence/absence of the attachments.
