PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission apparatus capable of appropriately transmitting AC power of different power values, and a non-contact power transmission device.SOLUTION: A power transmission apparatus 11 includes: an AC/DC converter 12a capable of converting system power into DC power of a second DC power value P2; and a DC/AC converter 12b which converts the DC power into AC power and outputs the AC power to a power transmitter 13 (primary-side coil 13a). The power transmission apparatus 11 also includes: a DC/DC converter 31 capable of converting the DC power outputted from the AC/DC converter 12a into DC power of a first DC power value P1 smaller than the second DC power value P2; and a switching relay 32 for switching an input source of power of the DC/AC converter 12b to the AC/DC converter 12a or the DC/DC converter 31. |
