PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device, a communication control device, an information processing method, and a program that are able to communicate with another terminal device while keeping a user anonymous.SOLUTION: A terminal device comprises: an acquisition unit that obtains first identification information issued for communication of an application service provided in a prescribed section from a communication control device; and a link release request unit that requests the communication control device to release a link set between the terminal device and another terminal device to which second identification information for the communication is issued.
