PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor surface cleaning device and an electrically-driven floor surface cleaning apparatus on which the floor surface cleaning device is mounted, the floor surface cleaning device being capable of uniformly cleaning all surface of a cleaning region at uniform quality by following irregularities of a floor in order to solve: a problem of a conventional surface cleaning apparatus, such that a pressing force of cleaning tools relative to a floor surface in right and left travelling directions is changed by a shift in mechanical parallelism and the like due to time-related deterioration, and unevenness in a cleaning degree is possibly generated within a width of the cleaning region; and that the use of the cleaning tools having a large diameter, which is to effectively clean a large floor surface, becomes unable to maintain a uniform parallelism of the cleaning tools for the all surface of the cleaning region.SOLUTION: The problem is solved by the floor surface cleaning device that is mounted on an electric carriage to clean the floor surface, and the electrically-driven floor surface cleaning apparatus on which the floor surface cleaning device is mounted, the floor surface cleaning device being configured in such a manner that a plurality of floor surface cleaning tools that rotate around a vertically provided rotary main shaft are radially provided at a lower part of the rotary main shaft in a horizontal direction, the plurality of floor surface cleaning tools respectively auto-rotating. |
