PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanning observation system capable of properly interpolating the information on a missing pixel in an image acquired by sequentially irradiating a plurality of colors of light along a spiral scanning route.SOLUTION: An optical scanning observation system includes: a light source part for emitting a plurality of mutually different colors of light; a light source control part for emitting the plurality of colors of light while switching them sequentially and periodically; a scanning control part for generating a scanning control signal for scanning a subject along a spiral scanning route; an actuator part for swinging an emission end part of a light guide member on the basis of the scanning control signal; a light detection part for detecting return light from the subject and generates a signal according to an amount of the detected return light; and a setting part for performing an operation for setting a drive frequency of the scanning control signal and a detection frequency of the return light respectively so as to satisfy a predetermined relational expression. |
