PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a duct-inserted seat pad which reduces the workload, prevents the floating, contributes to quality stability and yield improvement, saves the setting of an engaging device attached to a suspension groove and further enables expectation for productivity improvement by setting a duct into a foaming mold and the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A duct-inserted seat pad includes a synthetic resin duct 2 formed with an air exhaust nozzle 25a in a front surface side and a seat pad 1 which is integrally foam-molded with the duct embedded in it, an engaging device 5 projecting toward a surface side of the duct 2 is integrally formed with the duct 2 and the seat pad 1 has a recess 15 formed from the surface to the engaging device 5. |
