PERSONALIZED TRANSPLANTABLE VACCINES WITH ANTIGEN PRE-STIMULATED MONOCYTES

Provided herein are methods to manipulate personalized vaccine development, where the antigen presentation process which includes the natural selection of each person΄s most suitable antigenic epitope takes place in vitro, avoiding thus antigenic pathogenicity, and further implantation of the cells in vivo for the development of an immune response. Preferred antigen presenting cells derive from peripheral blood and are let to adhere onto transplantable substrates that ensure the development of a non-specific inflammatory reaction to the recipient while assisting the development of antigen-specific immunity. The removal of transplant after the effective immune response development ensures the minimization of side effects to the organism.
