PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make use of various kinds of information acquired by sensors for public health and safety of the society.SOLUTION: The present invention is for: receiving information associated with a plurality of sensors configured to detect a hazardous condition, the information including metadata and sensor reading data; determining from the information the hazardous condition about the plurality of sensors and a path thereof; and rendering the path of the hazardous condition on a graphical user interface on a display device.
