PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting method capable of lighting evenly while maintaining brightness in a facility.SOLUTION: A lighting method illuminates the inside of a facility by attaching a plurality of lighting tools to the ceiling part of the facility. Lighting tools 1-1, 1-5 include a light emitting body including one or plural light emitting parts, and a light reflector covering the light emitting body. The light emitting body, in a case of including the plurality of light emitting parts, is different in an irradiation direction from each light emitting part, and is arranged so as to reflect on the inner surface side of each light reflector. The plural kinds of lighting tools 1-1, 1-5 different in the number of light emitting parts are attached to the ceiling part of each facility for illumination so that the lighting tool 1-1 having the smaller number of light emitting parts is positioned on the central side of the facility with respect to the lighting tool 1-5 having the larger number of light emitting parts. |
