A structure of a fuel storage tank for a floating structure according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cargo tank which has a hatch coaming; a hatch cover which is moved in the hatch coaming in a first direction to open and close the hatch coaming; and a fuel tank which is prepared to not meet the hatch cover and does not interfere with the first direction that the hatch cover moves. The structure of a fuel storage tank for a floating structure according to the present invention prevents the capacity of transportable cargo from being reduced by preparing a fuel tank for a dual fuel engine while preventing the space of the cargo tank from being reduced to use the lower space of a hull as a loading space, thereby improving the sailing efficiency of a ship.
