The present invention relates to a hydrostatic test device of a high pressure turbine which may conveniently perform a hydrostatic test by providing a plurality of supply holes formed with a groove having a large size diameter on a top and a bottom casing of the high pressure turbine; and a sealing member to be inserted into the supply holes to seal the supply holes, and fixing the sealing member respectively into the supply holes of the top and the bottom casing. The invention may ease a coupling and assembly of the sealing member in accordance with the hydrostatic test, and unlike conventional devices, the invention does not require to handle a pipe which is installed to support the sealing member to seal the supply holes inside the casing; thus reducing a work time in accordance with the hydrostatic test.
