The present invention relates to a concentration measurement device for ready-mixed concrete wastewater, which comprises: a main body including both a light-emitting part in which a laser is installed and a receiving part in which a detector is installed; a cover combined onto the main body; and a laser light regulator regulating the laser irradiation intensity, wherein the concentration measured in the detector is transmitted to the laser light regulator. Accordingly the measurement device of the present invention offers effects of proportionally controlling the laser irradiation intensity in accordance with the concentration of the ready-mixed concrete wastewater by means of the laser light regulator.
