PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive physical quantity sensor system which produces a reliable and low-noise signal output.SOLUTION: A sensor system 100 has three half-bridge sensor paths 110, 120, 130 connected in series between a first supply terminal 102 and a second supply terminal 104, and outputs an output signal representing a detected physical quantity by using a signal processing device 150 connected with intermediate nodes 115, 125, 135 of the three half-bridges on the basis of electric variables generated in the intermediate nodes 115, 125, 135. |
