PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved flange fitting for a pipe.SOLUTION: A flange fitting 20 for a pipe comprises: a flange ring 26 located around the pipe and having a plurality of angularly spaced fixing holes 30; and a retaining ring 22 located within a groove around the pipe and configured to control axial movement of the flange ring on the pipe. The retaining ring has a plurality of angularly spaced reduced-profile sectors 34 in regions corresponding to the positions of the fixing holes. |
