PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for separating actinide from a spent fuel by using a device having a simple facility configuration, while heightening solubility of a component of the spent fuel into ionic liquid.SOLUTION: There is provided a separation method for separating actinide 12 from a material containing a component 7 of a spent fuel by using ionic liquid 5. The separation method of actinide includes a dissolution step 1 for dissolving the spent fuel into a first solution containing a complexing agent 6 and the ionic liquid 5, and a recovery step for separating and recovering actinide 12 into an extraction solvent 9 by bringing the extraction solvent into contact with the first solution into which the spent fuel is dissolved. |
