PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite electronic component capable of enhancing the mounting reliability of a board, or the like, onto an external member.SOLUTION: A crystal oscillator 1 includes a thermistor 20 having electrodes 21, 22, and a quartz resonator body 1a having a package 30. The quartz resonator body 1a has a plurality of electrode terminals 37a-37d on the second principal surface 35 of the package 30, the thermistor 20 is arranged on the second principal surface 35 side of the package 30, between the electrode terminals 37a-37d in the plan view, or in a range surrounded by the electrode terminals 37a-37d, and both the electrode terminals 37a-37d of the quartz resonator body 1a and the electrodes 21, 22 of the thermistor 20 are mounted on a board 50. |
