PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with frame memory to consecutively display data of different moving image standards by a fixed output image standard even when the data is consecutively reproduced.SOLUTION: A reproducing apparatus which synchronizes two different pieces of moving image data comprises: control means which comprises two synchronization signal generators and controls the two synchronization signal generators independently; control means which controls one of them as a master synchronization signal generator; and means which measures frame deviation between the two pieces of moving image data according to synchronization signals generated by the two synchronization signal generators. Adjusting one of the synchronization signal generators reduces the frame deviation measured by the measurement means to zero. |
