摘要 The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cooling device capable of reversing a material based on a new structure which has a simple structure; is smoothly operated; restrains a noise and damage of a material by impact when a billet is reversed, and prevents malfunction or abrasion caused by an thermal strain of the cooling device. In order to achieve this purpose, the cooling device capable of reversing a material, comprises: a cam driving machine (10) including a cam assembly (11) having a supporting frame (100), a driving shaft (2) installed to traverse the supporting frame (100), a lift cam (12) connected to the driving shaft (2) in parallel and is eccentric to a predetermined direction, and a first shift cam (14) and a second shift cam (16) which are perpendicular to the lift cam (12) and eccentric to an opposite direction to each other, as one set; a fluctuating member (20) connected to the lift cam (12) by connecting rods (21, 22) wherein a first supporting part (24) and a second supporting part (25) are respectively formed on an opposite side of the fluctuating member (20); a first support member (26) slide-mounted on the first supporting part (24) of the fluctuating member (20) in a horizontal direction; a second support member (28) slide-mounted on the second supporting part (25) of the fluctuating member (20) in a horizontal direction; a first shift rod (18) connected to the first shift cam (14), moving back and forth on the bottom of the first shift member (26); a second shift rod (19) connected to the second shift cam (16), moving back and forth on the bottom of the second shift member (28); and a first rake beam (32) and a second rake beam (34), mounted on the plurality of first support members (26) and second support members (28) and horizontally extended in parallel, and moving up and down and back and forth in accordance with the operation of the cam driving machine (10), wherein sawtooth parts (36, 38) are formed on the top of the first rake beam (32) and the second rake beam (34).
