The present invention is provided to offer a cutter for a mixer which can grind hard foods such as rice or ice rapidly and effectively. The invention comprises first and second blades which intersect at the top of the pivot of the cutter, and vertically overlap each other. The first blade comprises a first obtuse angle section of which one side is inclined in an obtuse angle, a first horizontal section which is curved horizontally from the top of the first obtuse angle section, and a first acute angle section of which the other side is inclined in an acute angle. The second blade comprises a second obtuse angle section of which one side is inclined in an obtuse angle, a second horizontal section which is curved horizontally from the top of the second obtuse angle section, a third obtuse angle section of which the other side is inclined against the curved direction of the second obtuse angle section and inclined horizontally in an obtuse angle, and a third horizontal section which is curved horizontally from the bottom of the third obtuse angle section. The first to third horizontal sections are formed with height differences. The first to third obtuse angle sections and the first acute angle section are formed with different intervals and angles with the pivot in the center. First edge blades, which are increasingly sharper and pointier towards the free end of the first blade, are consecutively formed on the first blade with constant intervals. |
