Disclosed is a motor-driven power steering apparatus. According to the present invention, the motor-driven power steering apparatus comprises: a housing wherein a steering column enabling to steer a vehicle and a motor providing rotational force to the steering column are installed, and a penetration hole is formed therein; an electronic control unit (ECU) housing unit wherein the ECU housing unit an ECU controlling a motor is accommodated, and a penetration hole is formed; and a fixation unit which connects the housing and the ECU housing unit, wherein the fixation unit comprises: a fastening unit which penetratingly inserted into the penetration hole of the housing and the penetration hole of the ECU housing unit; and a vibration blocking unit which is installed on the outer peripheral surface of the fastening unit, and blocks a vibration transmitting from the motor to the ECU housing unit. |
