PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle ceiling structure improving sound absorbency for sound generated in a cabin.SOLUTION: In a vehicle ceiling structure, a ceiling material 340 is arranged at the cabin inside of a roof panel 20. The roof panel 20 includes a reinforcement section 50 which projects to the cabin inside and extends in a vehicle width direction so as to reinforce the vehicle ceiling. The ceiling material 340 includes: a base material layer 30 which forms an uneven shape along the projection shape of the reinforcement section 50 in the roof panel 20 and has an air-impermeable layer 30H; and a skin material layer 40 which is laminated at the cabin inside of the base material layer 30 and forms a substantially flat shape. A narrow interlayer section 160B which has a narrow interlayer at a portion facing the reinforcement section 50 and a wide interlayer section 160A which has a wider inter-layer than the narrow interlayer section 160B at a portion which does not face the reinforcement section 50 are provided between the base material layer 30 and the skin material layer 40. A sound absorption material layer 60 is interlayer-disposed over both of the narrow interlayer section 160B and the wide interlayer section 160A. |
