SUPERTURNSTILE ANTENNA AND ASSEMBLY METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress influences to be exerted upon VSWR characteristics of a superturnstile antenna by a branch feeder even if the branch feeder includes a separate portion which is disposed away from a fitting pole.SOLUTION: The superturnstile antenna includes: the fitting pole; a plurality of batwing elements which are disposed at a predetermined interval in a circumferential direction along an outer periphery of the fitting pole; and a positive electrode branch feeder and a negative electrode branch feeder which are branched from a distribution part and disposed along the outer periphery of the fitting pole for feeding power to the batwing elements. Between the positive electrode and negative electrode branch feeders, at least the negative electrode branch feeder includes the separate portion which is disposed away from the outer periphery of the fitting pole. The superturnstile antenna also includes a conductive coating part which covers the separate portion.
