PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base film for a dicing film and a dicing film which are superior in expandability and restorability, and high in the effect of suppressing the production of cutting dust at dicing.SOLUTION: A base film for a dicing film is composed of a laminate which comprises: a base including a resin material; and an adhesive layer laminated on the base. The adhesive layer has a tacking force of 3.0-7.0 N, which was measured by a probe tack test compliant with JIS Z0237. The adhesive layer includes a base resin having tackiness. It is preferable that the base resin includes an acrylic resin. |
