The present invention relates to a method for brokering overseas applications to increase exchange patents in international patent applications. The method extracts an applicant, an application date, an initial application date, a priority claim date, a name of invention, and data of an agent as primary data from publication data of the Korean intellectual property office about a PCT patent application or a general patent application before an overseas patent application, extracts an applicant, an application date, an initial application date, a priority claim date, a name of invention, and data of an agent as secondary data from the publication data of the Korean intellectual property office about a PCT patent application or a general patent application during an overseas patent application, writes a balancing table, which can find incoming and outgoing numbers between patent offices, and connects the patent offices to each other based on each balancing table. Therefore, the method balances an incoming number and an outgoing number of each patent office. |
