PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service provider dispatch system capable of covering the selection of a right service provider and the subsequent request for staff dispatch by mutual communications between portable terminal's application software and an administrative computer and checking a current position of the staff on the way to a work site.SOLUTION: Provided is a service provider dispatch system capable of performing automatically many procedures ranging from the selection of a registered service provider 20 to staff dispatch by mutual communications between a service provider dispatch application installed in a user's portable terminal 10 and an administrative computer 30 so that the selection of a right service provider 20 and the subsequent staff dispatch can be implemented smoothly and certainly. The system notifies a user of the staff dispatch and displays a current position of the staff on a map on the user's portable terminal so that the user can check the current position of the staff on a real time basis. |
