PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die which makes security of a clearance part owing to security of a crimped surface compatible with suppression of burr occurrence and allows security of a press-cutting preparation region part in press cutting in a state where a primary molding is shrunken and a production method using the molding die.SOLUTION: A primary molding die 60 includes a concave formation part 71 which forms, in a primary molding 11, a concave part 11a in which a secondary molding 13 is to be arranged and a region formation part 73 which forms a press-cutting preparation region part 11b outside the concave part 11a in the primary molding 11 and a press-cutting preparation region part 11b so that a clearance part 120 is formed. A secondary molding die 80 has a second convex part 89 which comes in contact with a part of the press-cutting preparation region 11b to conduct press-cutting and has such a height as to form the clearance part 110. |
