PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce the possibility of executing a remote operation that is not desired by a person at home.SOLUTION: When an information collection processing section 13 of a remote operation terminal 1 collects home information from a home apparatus 2 by transmitting a request for downloading the home information to the home apparatus 2, a status presentation processing section 14 presents operation conditions of an operational target apparatus 3 and a person's presence status in a room where the operational target apparatus 3 is installed according to the home information collected by the information collection processing section 13.
