PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information processing device and program capable of preferring the intention of a customer related to telephone conversation with a responsible operator, when determining the destination of a call from the customer.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes a telephone conversation intention confirmation unit for confirming the intention of telephone conversation of the customer with a responsible operator, registered in association with the customer, when a call from the customer is received, a business situation confirmation unit for confirming the business situation of the responsible operator when the intention of telephone conversation with a responsible operator is confirmed, and a determination unit for determining whether or not the call from the customer is received by the telephone set of the responsible operator, based on the business situation of the responsible operator thus confirmed. |
