PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user who records a program.SOLUTION: A video recorder capable of receiving and recording a program to be broadcast on television comprises: a program selection reception section for receiving selection of a program to be a candidate for video recording from a plurality of programs scheduled to be broadcast; a keyword setting section for setting a keyword for search on the basis of program information on the selected program; an image file acquisition section, after a user connects to the Internet and inputs the keyword in a predetermined search engine, for downloading an image file through the Internet which is uploaded on a Web page extracted by the search executed by the search engine on the basis of the keyword; and a display control section for controlling a display section to display a program information screen having the program information on the selected program and including an image based on the downloaded image file. |
