The present invention relates to an immunostimulant composition including a nanocomposite having a multivalent anionic polymer, a toll-like receptor ligand, and a cationic polymer; a manufacturing method of the same;, and an immunotherapeutic composition including the same. The immunostimulant composition is a carrier transferring an immunostimulant material based on nanotechnology, engages the toll-like receptor ligand, which is an immune activation material, with a multivalent anionic polymer side chain, and forms the cationic polymer and the nanocomposite, thereby effectively stimulating the toll-like receptor existing in an endosome to maximize immune activating properties.
