PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage icon batches and accompanying derived data collectively by a management server when those data grow to a huge data group, and prevent the degradation of a search speed, a decline in data safety, and other adverse effects.SOLUTION: A management server has the function to divide prescribed data and apply an encryption process to generate a plurality of sub-data, transmit it to a same number of different storage servers as the number of divisions, and, when a request for the retrieval of the prescribed data is received, issue an instruction to the plurality of storage servers and collect the sub-data from each of the storage servers, and apply a decryption process that corresponds to the encryption process to restore the prescribed data. Each of the storage devices has the function to store each sub-data transmitted from the management server, and, when the sub-data pertaining to the instruction from the management server is stored, returns the sub-data to the management server. |
