PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an acquisition of an observation image having different illumination light simultaneously applied without use of a dedicated optical lens.SOLUTION: An enlargement observation device comprises: a loading part 30 for loading an object of observation; first illumination means for irradiating the observation object with first illumination light; second illumination means for illuminating second illumination light through an illumination path different from that of the first illumination means; illumination switch means for switching the first illumination means and the second illumination means so as to operate the first illumination means and the second illumination means at different timing, respectively; imaging means that receives reflection light of the first illumination light illuminated by the first illumination means and transmission light thereof, or reflection light of the second illumination light illuminated by the second illumination means and transmission light thereof; and image synthesis means 85 for creating an illumination synthetic image synthesizing a first illumination image photographed by means of the first illumination light using the first illumination means with a second illumination image photographed by means of the second illumination light using the second illumination means at different timing from photographing of the first illumination image.
