The present invention provides a composition comprising extracts of Portulaca oleracea L., Lycium chinense Miller, Cornus officinalis, and Tribulus terrestris L. as an active ingredient. The mixed comprising extracts of Equisetum hyemale, Discorea batatas, Cuscutae semen, and Curvuliginis rhizoma can increase sperm concentrations in semen, increase sperm activities, and increase secretion of sexual hormones such as testosterone, luteinizing hormone, or follicle-stimulating hormone, thereby exhibiting excellent effects in improving male reproductive functions.
