The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for mascara brushes, which is used to make eyelashes look longer and darker, and is developed to easily produce dense wires of brushes and to allow mascara liquid to be applied well on the brushes. The brushes are produced according to the following steps: arranging nylon wires between bent metal pins; twisting metal pins and making brushes in the shape which spreads out radially around the metal pins; trimming, arranging and completing the end of the radially spread wires with a cutting device; soaking the finished brush in melted liquid glue; drying the glue-coated brushes at 100 to 130 degrees for 8-12 minutes; soaking the dried glue-coated brushes again in natural or synthetic liquid rubber; passing the brushes through a jig with the smaller diameter than the external diameter of the brushes, and removing a lump of rubber in the middle including a gap between adjacent wires as the wires are bent and unfolded by elastic restoring force; and drying the rubber-coated brush at 100 to 130 degrees for 30 minutes. |
