The present invention relates to a liquid cooling-type high-pressure collision apparatus, regarding a high-pressure collision apparatus for particulating a fluid by evenly distributing a material dispersed inside the fluid to a fine particle by using high-pressure collision between fluids and crushing the dispersed material, having a device for directly cooling the mixed fluid heated by collision with the high-pressure head portion by installing a cooling flow path in the high-pressure collision chamber and flowing the cooling fluid. The apparatus is capable of eliminating problems due to control of the high-pressure collision chamber by removing and fixing a control device for controlling the angle of the high-pressure nozzle head. The crushed particle or fiber does not pass through a heat exchanger. Therefore, the apparatus is not required for washing the heat exchanger after a treatment process. In addition, the apparatus is capable of achieving simplification of the entire treatment process, stabilization, and cost reduction. |
