Provided is a device for assembling a light source module assembly. The present invention is to provide a device and a method for assembling a light source module assembly, capable of improving an arrangement of a light source of the light source devices installed in a light source module assembly. The device for assembling a light source module assembly comprises: an assembly tray on which the light source module assembly with a plurality of light source devices is mounted; a lens cell pickup arm picking up a plurality of lens cells, and moving the lens cells to assembly the lens cells to the light source module assembly for each light source device; a camera unit located on an upper part of the lens cell pickup arm, and obtaining an image of the light source emitted through the lens cell which is temporarily assembled to the light source module assembly; a bonding unit bonding the lens cell and the light source module assembly in order for the lens cell temporarily assembled to the light source module assembly to be fixated; and a control unit controlling a motion of the lens cell pickup arm and the assembly tray based on the obtained image of the light source thus performing a process of temporarily assembling the lens cell to the light source module assembly, a process of minutely adjusting an assembly position of the lens cell temporarily assembled to the light source module assembly, and a process of bonding the lens cell and the light source module assembly by controlling a motion of the bonding unit when minute adjustment is completed. |
