The present invention relates to synthesis of a carbon structure having a fiber structure interconnected carbon particles with the even size to each other, by a carbonization process and iodine treatment of a polymer, and specifically a conductive polymer, with a carbon precursor. The synthesis has advantages of significantly improving conductivity more than that of the existing carbon precursor, and increasing a surface area due to development of micropores without using a mold frame. The manufacturing method of an iodine-treated porous carbon body comprises the steps of: a) manufacturing a monomer containing a heteroelement and a carbon precursor containing a heteroelement by primary heat treatment of an oxidizing agent; and b) mixing the carbon precursor with iodine dissolved in an organic solvent and drying the same and conducting secondary heat treatment of the same in an inert atmosphere. |
