The present invention relates to a clip to file a document. The present invention comprises: a pinching part comprising pinching pieces (1), which are elastic panels and curved around a connection wall (2) to vertically face each other; and an angle cover panel (3) extended outside the pinching while having an acute angle with the pinching pieces from a tip of each of the pinching pieces. The angle cover panel is curved in a direction to the connection wall around a boundary line between the connection wall and the pinching pieces at a sufficiently smaller angle than an angle of the pinching pieces with the other surface but the strength of a spring of the cover panel is stronger than the same of the pinching pieces, and therefore, the clip is capable of pinching a document paper and keeping and releasing the pinched document paper when both cover panels are pressurized to each of the pinching pieces. The clip is easily installed and separated without an extra installation device or attached lever. |
