An insulation box of an LNG storage tank is disclosed. The insulation box of an LNG storage tank according to the present invention includes an insulation wall of an LNG storage tank and partition walls. The cross section of each partition wall is formed in a sine curve shape with respect to the longitudinal direction of the partition wall, and each of the peaks and valleys of the sine curve has a linear part. Therefore, the present invention minimizes heat loss while satisfying structural strength required in the insulation box.
