The present invention relates to a method for processing coffee beans. The method comprises the following steps: putting coffee beans in water and rinsing the coffee beans to remove foreign materials and defective coffee beans therefrom; washing the rinsed coffee beans; treating the washed coffee beans with OH radical water; secondarily washing the coffee beans treated with the OH radial water; and drying the secondarily washed coffee beans. According to the method for processing coffee beans, foreign materials, hazardous materials, etc. can be sufficiently removed from the coffee beans through the treatment with OH radical water and, in particular, harmful bacteria and cause substance of various decomposition odors remaining on the surface of coffee beans can be removed, thereby enabling the supply of neat coffee without bad odor or bad taste and the supply of high quality coffee that consumers can safely drink. |
