Described is a photovoltaic cell capacitor, which does not require silicon, where the main components thereof are Rochelle salt, silver nitrate and indium nitrate, components which acidity is adapted to make more efficient the electronic transference. The components of the invention are contained into capsules made of an electric insulating and thermal conducting material, which does not react with the elements that form the cell. The cell is 3 times more efficient than photovoltaic cells of its type and size, it also has the ability to store the charge for some minutes, although it is unplugged, thus having the properties of a solar cell capacitor in a single device. Said cell is flexible and may be adapted to be used in different shapes and sizes. |
