The present invention relates to a separable expansion joint device facilitating maintenance and repair. An objective of the present invention is to divide an expansion joint device into an upper frame and a lower frame to press and mount a drain sheet to improve watertightness and facilitate maintenance and repair work for replacing the drain sheet. To achieve the objective, the separable expansion joint device facilitating maintenance and repair comprises: an upper frame (10) having a finger unit (11) disposed on an upper portion thereof and a first flange unit (12) integrated with a lower portion thereof; a lower frame (20) having a second flange unit (22) which corresponds to the first flange unit (12) and is disposed on an upper portion thereof, and an anchor (21) connected to one side thereof; and a drain sheet (30) disposed between the upper frame (10) and the lower frame (20), and provided with a V-shaped drain guide unit (31) formed on a middle portion thereof and a wing unit (32) integrated with both sides thereof and pressed by a mounting force of a bolt (40) between the first flange unit (12) and the second flange unit (22). |
