Provided is an apparatus for diagnosing and treating dizziness. The apparatus for diagnosing and treating dizziness comprises: a first member (110) horizontally disposed to support the buttocks of a person; a second member (120) and a third member (130) which are attached to both sides of the first member to be able to rotate and respectively support legs and the upper body; a fourth member (140) attached to the third member to support the head; and a plurality of supports (150) for supporting the first member (110) at the bottom. As each of the supports (150) comprises a cylindrical cylinder and a rod sliding to be drawn from the cylinder, the first member can be tilted by the sliding of the rod. According to the present invention, the body of a patient with dizziness can rotate in three-axial directions, and the head of the patient can independently rotate in the horizontal and vertical directions by using a headrest. As a result, the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with dizziness can be carried out through one integrated treatment apparatus.
