PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip that integrates all processes from sample-in to results out without intervention of an operator.SOLUTION: A biochip comprises: a macro fluid treatment sub-assembly which is connected to a fluid sub-assembly and a pneumatic pressure sub-assembly, and includes at least one chamber receiving a sample; the fluid sub-assembly which includes a fluid plate and an amplification chamber connected to at least one fluid movement flow channel and a thermal sub-system; the pneumatic pressure sub-assembly which is attached to a pneumatic pressure sub-system and the sub-assembly group of the biochip, and includes a pneumatic pressure plate and one or a plurality of drive lines which moves fluid by pneumatic pressure based on an instruction from the process controller; and a separation and detection sub-assembly which is attached to a high voltage sub-system, an optical sub-system and a process controller, and further includes a detection region from which a signal is sent from each flow channel to the optical sub-system of an apparatus. |
