摘要 The invention relates to solar and wind energy and can be used for converting solar and wind energy into electrical energy. The aim of the invention consists in increasing the specific generating capacity of an installation, and is achieved in that a vertical shaft has, rigidly affixed thereto, a stationary aerodynamic structure consisting of a lower foundation and of an upper foundation which are connected by means of vertical aerodynamic blades; a housing is installed on a platform and around the aerodynamic structure, said housing consisting of a lower foundation, which is rigidly installed on the platform, and of an upper foundation, which is connected to the lower foundation by means of guide panels; wherein solar panels are positioned on the surface of the upper foundation of the housing and on the surface of the guide panels, the electrical outputs of which solar panels are connected in-parallel to a power generator rotor winding and to a voltage conversion unit; a power generator starter winding is additionally connected to the voltage conversion unit. The useful technical effects of using the utility model consist in improving specific energy efficiency to 620-640 watts per square meter, in increasing the energy efficiency of the aerodynamic structure, in increasing the energy efficiency of the solar panels, and also in decreasing the dimensions of the installation, by means of improvements to the structure which allow for aggregating same vertically or horizontally.
