An anti-downhill apparatus, comprising: an inner ring (33), a one-way apparatus (32), a movable outer ring (31), a locking pin (52), and an elastic member (53), wherein the inner ring (33) encases a transmission shaft (4), the one-way apparatus (32) encases the inner ring (33), the movable outer ring (31) encases the one-way apparatus (32), and toothed grooves are disposed on the outer ring of the movable outer ring (31). The locking pin (52), by means of actuators using electromagnetic force, mechanical force, hydraulic pressure, and air pressure to implement movement, and on the basis of the need to enter or exit the toothed grooves, implements locking or release; in a locked state, the one-way apparatus (32) ensures that the input shaft or the intermediate shaft of the transmission can only rotate forward; in a released state, the locking pin (52) exits the toothed grooves, and the input shaft (4) or the intermediate shaft can rotate both forward and backward. Normal use of a vehicle is ensured; the problem in traditional vehicles of rolling downhill when starting on an incline is completely solved, and the significant problem in automatic manual transmission (AMT) vehicles of difficult control when starting on an incline, which is preventing widespread use of AMT, is also fundamentally solved. |
