A sewing machine enabling easy template replacement, comprising a machine head (1) for sewing, an XY feeding mechanism and a control system; the XY feeding mechanism is provided with a feeding base (2) for installing a template; the feeding base has at least one template installation position (2a, 2b) for connecting the template; the template installation position is provided with a sensor (3a, 3b) for detecting the template and a fixation mechanism for locking the template; when the sensor detects the template placed at the template installation position, the control system controls the fixation mechanism to lock the placed template; and after a sewing program for the template is finished executing, the control system controls the fixation mechanism to loosen the template. |
