Disclosed is coupling liquid supply equipment for a high-intensity focused ultrasound therapy system, which is applied to the technical field of medical devices and aims to solve the problem in the prior art that it is difficult to obtain an ideal transmission medium during the process of degassed water preparation. The coupling liquid supply equipment comprises a coupling liquid preparation device (1) for preparing a mixing liquid formed by medical alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone, a water cycle degassing device (2) communicated with the coupling liquid preparation device (1) and employing a vacuumizing process to prepare degassed water, and a conveying device (3) communicated with the water cycle degassing device (2) and used for conveying the coupling liquid, formed by mixing the mixing liquid and the degassed water, to a high-intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic head (4). The fully-stirred mixing liquid of medical alcohol and polyvinylpyrrolidone is added during the process of degassed water preparation, and the mixing liquid and the degassed water are fully mixed together to guarantee that the coupling liquid conveyed to the high-intensity focused ultrasound therapeutic head (4) has a good transmission medium characteristic.
