A high-efficiency installation system for a large-sized concrete counterweight block of a vertical boat lift. The installation system consists of an auxiliary transport and turnover apparatus (1), an auxiliary transfer trolley apparatus (2), an auxiliary turnover and tail-lifting apparatus (3), an auxiliary support beam (4), an auxiliary lifting crane head (5), and a special part auxiliary reassembly apparatus (6). Also provided is a high-efficiency installation method for the large-sized concrete counterweight block of the vertical boat lift.
