Disclosed is a preparation method of a transpiration inhibitor based on a spirulina-induced immune response pore closure, comprising: inoculating freshwater spirulina into a sterilized liquid spirulina culture medium, and placing the same in an illumination incubator and cultivating; placing the same in a centrifuge and centrifuging, and then diluting to obtain a pure spirulina solution; placing the same in an autoclave sterilizer at a pressure of 0.12-0.15 Mpa at 121°C and inactivating to prepare a spirulina agent A; dissolving CaCl2·2H2O and cane sugar in distilled water, and uniformly stirring to obtain an adjuvant B; and adding the spirulina agent A to the adjuvant B, and uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain a product. The present invention is reproducible, low in cost (spirulina is a microbe produced by photoautotrophy), environmentally friendly, highly effective and, belonging to a new generation of microbe-induced transpiration inhibition water-saving agents, has good prospects for application and has competitive potential in the market. |
